TERMS OF SERVICE

Prices are per character.

I reserve the rights to decline your commission.

I reserve the rights to use said commissioned piece for promotions and portfolio purposes.

Default no deadline. If you wish to set one before the estimated turnaround, there will be a rush fee.

ETA is roughly 2-3 weeks after an approved sketch, excluding queue.

Commissioned piece is for personal use only. This includes: reposting on any platforms with credit using it as icon and/or banner with credit and non profit printing.

There will be a certain fee for commercial purposes. It is usually 100% of the total price, but it may be discussed and negotiated further.

NFT and AI usage is strictly PROHIBITED.

You reserve the rights to cancel the commission if I have not started the clean sketch.

You are eligible for a 70% refund if I have not updated you after the sketch draft. Anywhere after that step will depend on how far I've gotten.

Revisions are available during the sketch progress and some minor correction during line art or coloring progress. Revision and/or correction after completion will not be accepted.

What is deemed as "free revision" meaning making changes on current update due to my own errors or lack of understanding of given references, not because you suddenly change your mind after a draft has been sent.

Any major revision involving a change in concept, design, etc. may cost an additional fee.

Once done, I will provide a watermarked high res .png and non-watermarked version via google drive link.

All of my designs have 1 week cooldown before you can resell/trade/gift it away.

None of my designs is to be sold for a higher value without having additional paid assets. This can be further discussed, if you wish.

You are to notify me for any major edits/redesigns. Minor edits are OK.

If it's a design made for a specific closed species (e.g Guest Artist adopt), you are to prioritize their general TOS unless specified otherwise.

I receive your form.

Sketch draft. Either a B/W sketch or a colored one. You can ask for revisions as much as you'd like here. But please don't exploit this opportunity.

Form resend. This is where I'll resend your form for confirmation, as well as the fixed total of your order.

Payment. I will send you an invoice after your confirmation. If you don't feel like continuing, you will still have to pay 30% of the base price for the sketch I did.

Lineart. Only minor corrections are allowed here.

Base color. Only color corrections are allowed here.

Final. I will provide you high res PNG, along with all of the alternative versions I may come up with via Google Drive / Email / dA Stash (feel free to choose).

I receive your form. We will begin discussing here, as I'd like to work as closely with you as possible in order to accurately design your character.

Chibi sketch draft. A B/W sketch draft to outline shapes of general visual appearance. You can ask for revisions as much as you'd like here. The sketch may get more detailed as we go.

Colored chibi sketch draft. Here I will... send you many.. many drafts since there are many possibilities in color placements. Please decide with me.. I'm begging.

Final revision. Please look through every little detail of the latest draft and see if I'm missing/you'd like to add something since there will be no more revisions allowed after this step.

Form resend. This is where I'll resend your form for confirmation, as well as the fixed total of your order. If you suddenly wish to add any extras, please state them here. But I will still prioritize finishing the fullbody custom first.

Payment. I will send you an invoice after your confirmation. If you don't feel like continuing, you will still have to pay 30% of the base price for the sketch I did. But do note that you are not permitted to USE and OWN the design I sketched if you cancel (can be further discussed).

Sketch. I will begin sketching the drafted design into a regular fullbody. This step does not apply if it's Chibi Custom.

Lineart. No revisions.

Base color. No revisions.

Final. I will provide you high res PNG, along with all of the separated extras (if any) via Google Drive / Email / dA Stash (feel free to choose).

Username: your TH/dA/Twitter username -- for me to keep track.

Email: your email, for invoice.

Type: icon/chibi/regular etc.

Subtype: style a/b/bust/halfbofy etc.

Add-ons: *if applicable. Extra character/complex background/extra headshot for custom, etc.
